We are open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed only during these operating hours.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of being received. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
• Complimentary shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
• For orders under $50, standard rates apply:
◦ Ground (4–8 business days): $10
◦ Premium (3-Day Air): $40
◦ Express (2-Day Air): $50
◦ Next Day (Overnight): $75
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays may occur beyond our control.
International Shipping
Please contact sales@mud.edu to place your order and receive a shipping estimate.
• Most countries charge a Value Added Tax (VAT) or import tariff on international shipments.
• These fees are not included in your order and must be paid upon delivery.
