The sponges work well but they are big. I prefer cutting on sponge into 3 sponges. The fresh cuts help the sponge blend better and make it easy to prep for each person.
It looks good on most skin tones can be a bit to light for really deep skin tones. It can show up nuetral on most skin tones. It can be a bit pinker then nuetral on pretty fair skin tones a beautiful pink though. A stable in my makeup kit. A neutral liner matches most lipsticks.
